I'VE CHANGED MY MIND AND NO LONGER WANT THE PRINTS, CAN I RETURN?
Unfortunately, Hurry Posters does not offer returns on poster printing. Once you have purchased and received your goods, they are no longer useful to Hurry Posters.
I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER, HOW DO I DO THIS?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via info@hurryposters.com or call us on 01785 245 899 and our customer service team will help you immediately. Please note, if you have received a dispatch notification with tracking, this means your order has left our depot and we can no longer cancel this order for you.
WHERE IS MY ORDER, I WANT A REFUND?
We send all of our orders tracked with Royal Mail and Parcel Force who provide a 99% guarantee. If by chance they are experiencing issues whether this be logistical across the U.K or there is an issue with your address we will do everything we can to solve the issue at hand. If the order has not arrived within 48hours then we at Hurry Posters will refund you.
MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED, I WANT A REFUND.
At Hurry Posters, we take pride in printing and packaging your posters. We have a strict quality and control policy in our studio, to ensure we never send printing out that has had handling damage. If your package has been damaged in transit, please send photographs to info@hurryposters.com for our quality and control team to assess. If this is severe, we will send out replacements.
MY PRINT HAS ARRIVED, BUT I DON'T WANT IT ANYMORE, CAN I SEND IT BACK FOR A REFUND?
Unfortunately Hurry Posters does not offer refunds on printing you have changed your mind on.
